Before you can start to use System Online you will need to obtain a unique, secure login code from us.

How to obtain your login code

To request access to our online services, you should ask the Receptionists to provide you with an Online Access Consent Form. After you complete the form (you will be asked for an email address), please take it back to Reception together with some photo ID (they will need to see this before they can process the request). You will then be given your login code, which allows you to complete the registration process at home.

Once you are registered to use Systm-Online, you can then log in to it at any time to take advantage of our online services.

Order repeat prescriptions online

This service is only available for use by registered Randolph Surgery patients, and medication ordering is only available to those who have a regular list of repeat prescription medication. Any other medication will have to be requested in the usual way (by speaking to the Duty Doctor or seeing a GP in an appointment).

Please note: When your Prescription Request Form asks you to contact the Duty Doctor for a medication review, you must still do this. Please use the Duty Doctor Telephone Triage Service (Monday to Friday 9-10.15am and 2-3.15pm).

Please also remember to ask your dispensing Pharmacy to return your repeat medication order slip back to you at the time they issue your prescription, as we often write messages on these for your attention.

Book or cancel GP appointments online

Important: Online Appointment Booking should NOT be used in the following situations:

  • Non-GP appointments
  • Emergencies
  • Antenatal or postnatal appointments
  • When translation required
  • Procedure involved (e.g. IUD removal)
  • For children

Please Note: If you already have an appointment booked within the appointment system, another booking will be restricted.

We’re sorry that the process is currently still quite limited, but as this is a new endeavour we have to keep things very basic initially. Thank you for your understanding.

View your summary care record online

Summary Care Records have been introduced by the NHS as a new way of storing patient information. The system is designed to give healthcare staff faster access to important clinical information, allowing them to provide better care for patients.

Your Summary Care Record primarily includes information about prescribed medications and diagnosed allergies.

Had a blood test which was made as easy as possible. I have been happy with my past experiences here too.
